Our history

Our mission is to make life easier for the self-employed and small Swiss businesses.

But how did we get there?

Following an incident, a relative of Vivien lost all his accounts he had on his computer. Years of work soaring!

To give it a boost, Vivien set up a simple billing management system.

Very happy with this new solution, he shared the system with others.

He made a surprising observation:Many people were using Word or Excel to create their invoices, which wasted a lot of time.

Whether it was creating invoices or checking the status of their finances, everything was time consuming.

THE recurring question that all these people asked was

“Do you know of a simple program to create, send and track invoices?”

So he set out to design this solution to save time for all these people, and so EZYInvoice was born 🙂

Barbara has a master degree in sustainability and social innovation from HEC Paris as well as a bachelor degree in business administration from Bern university of applied sciences. urther she has more than 7 years expericence in different industries.

Vivien has a master degree in international management from ESB Reutlingen, Germany and Northeastern University, Boston, USA. He also has a bachelor degree of HEC Lausanne Vivien is a former financial director of the SME Selectron Systems AG in Lyss.
